CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTS

April 26th 2008 The Northern Virginia Aikikai is hosting a seminar on May 17 and 18. Class times are: Sat, 5/17, 10 - 10:50, 11 - 11:50, lunch, 1:30 - 3:00pm and Sunday, 5/18, 10:00am - 12 noon.
The guest instructor will be Jane Ozeki, 6th dan, Shiodan, New York Aikikai. The seminar will be held at the Capital Aikikai. Fees are $50 for Sat (includes lunch) and $20 for Sun. Registration will be held 30 minutes before the first class. Flyers will be available in our box at the Rec Center.
REMINDER! Everyone 4th Kyu and above If you haven't already done so please remit the annual $30 membership USAF dues to Sensei Roy or one of the instructors. Sensei Roy has covered this for us and needs to be reimbersed.Thank You
