 Chief Instructor, Sensei Jerry Roy is a 4th Dan and has been a student of the martials arts since the 1960's. Roy Sensei was introduced to Aikido in his home area in New England in 1968 when Aikido was first brought to the East Coast from Japan by Yamada Shihan. Roy Sensei, who had been a student of Judo was fascinated by the fluild and almost effortless motions of Aikido.

Vince is an assistant aikido instructor at Dale City Aikikai. He has trained under Sensei Roy; the head instructor, and under Sensei Gordon sakmoto; the head instuctor for Northern Virginia. Vince has attended various seminars at Capitol Aikikai and throughout the United States and happily shares his knowledge and talents with new and continuing students. Vince is a retired Federal Employee. |
 Frank began studying Aikido at the Dale City Recreation Center in 1990 where he later attained the rank of Shodan in 2000. While continuing his training under Sensei Roy, he works as an assistant instructor, teaching students in Aikido. Frank has a background in Chinese Boxing, Tai-Chi and Arnis. |
